Who reviews the AI first pass?
An AI employee drafts it, and a person on our team reviews it before it reaches you. We send it with a short note on what to check. Our systems follow the same rule: AI does the first pass, and a person verifies.
What happens to the files I send?

How close is the first pass to a finished system?
It is a fair first look, and it starts behind a finished system. It works only from the files you send. A system in daily use reads your parts list, your rates, and 50 to 200 of your past jobs before it drafts anything, and it goes live only after passing a test on 50 more. If the first pass is useful, the next step is a short call about a diagnostic. If not, you keep the draft.
