This policy explains what Movement Global LLC ("Movement Global", "we") collects through this website, the Hidden Hours Scan, the Free First Pass, the Second Shift newsletter, and library downloads, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Scan answers. Your answers to the Hidden Hours Scan and the estimate and recommendation they produce.
- Free First Pass requests. Your role, company size, which job you want a first pass on, and any files you send us for it (for example an RFQ, a cert packet, or emails from a shared inbox).
- Newsletter and downloads. Your work email when you subscribe to Second Shift or download a guide.
- Contact details you give us. Your name, work email, and company when you request a report, a first pass, or a call.
- How you found us. Campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), the page you landed on, and the referring site.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics on this site. If we add analytics, it will be a cookie-free service that counts visits without identifying you, and we will update this page first.
How we use it
- To show and send you your scan report.
- To build the first pass you asked for. We use the files you send only for that, and a person on our team reviews the result before it goes back to you.
- To send the newsletter or guide you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To follow up about your report, a diagnostic, or a call you requested.
- To understand which channels bring people to the site.
We do not sell your information or share it for others' marketing.
Stored in your browser
The scan saves your progress and your last result in your browser's local storage so you can resume or revisit it. Campaign tags are kept in session storage until you close the tab. You can clear both at any time in your browser settings.
Service providers
We use these providers to run the site and our email. They process data only to provide their service to us.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Convex stores scan results, first pass requests, and newsletter sign-ups.
- Resend sends the site's automated emails and the newsletter.
- Microsoft 365 runs our company email.
- Cal.com handles booked calls, if you book one.
- AI model providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI process the files you send for a first pass, through business services whose terms do not allow them to train models on your files.
- Google Fonts receives your IP address when the site's fonts load.
How long we keep it
We keep scan submissions and contact details while we are in touch with you about them, and delete them on request. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so we do not email you again. We delete files sent for a Free First Pass within 90 days of sending the result, or sooner if you ask.
How we protect it
The site and our forms use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Only our own website can send data to our form service, and only people on our team can see what you send. Files sent for a first pass are shared inside the team only as far as needed to build and review it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including California and EU/UK privacy law.
