Quote drafts each quote for your estimator to check.
Quote is an AI system for manufacturers that quote custom work. It reads the RFQ and drawings, pulls out the line items, and prices each one from your own rates and past jobs. Your estimator checks the draft, sets the price, and sends it.
The scan takes about 3 minutes and estimates the office hours AI could take on. Your report shows on screen.
Every RFQ waits for the few people who know your costs.
Your estimators spend the first hour of each quote retyping scope and quantities from the RFQ, whether it is a run of circuit boards or a sign package. The pricing judgment only starts after that.
Quote does
- Pulls scope, materials, and quantities from RFQs, drawings, and BOMs
- Prices each line from your rates and the closest past jobs
- Notes the source of every number and marks each guess
Your people do
- Check scope, assumptions, and marked guesses
- Set the final price and margin
- Approve and send

Questions we hear
What is AI first-pass quoting?
Software drafts the quote and your estimator checks it. Quote reads the RFQ and drawings, prices the job from your own costs, and hands your estimator a draft in your format with the source of every number.
What does Quote need from us?
Your material costs, labor rates, and routings, access to the inbox where RFQs arrive, and 50 to 200 past quotes with their drawings and outcome, won or lost. It also needs one estimator who reviews its drafts.
Whose costs does Quote use to price a job?
Quote prices from your own materials, rates, routings, and margins, and from your similar past jobs. When a current price is missing, the draft says so, for example by noting that a material cost was estimated from the last PO.
Does the estimator stay in control of the price?
Yes. Your estimator checks scope and assumptions, sets the final price and margin, and approves and sends the quote. Quote drafts, and a person commits the company to a price.
Does Quote get better over time?
Not on its own. The AI model behind it does not learn from each job. Each week, your estimator's corrections and new won and lost quotes go into the reference files Quote reads every time it prices a job. When a cost record is missing or stale, fixing it once fixes every later draft that uses it.
